Location

Extremely noisy radiator woke us up multiple times in the night. Eventually had to turn it off which in turn made us cold. Shower took a very long time to heat up, dial seems to be wrong.

Great location in the centre of Betws-y-Coed

The bedroom itself and the facilities were very basic and there was a musty smell upon first entering the building. This is a converted house and unfortunately the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Unfortunately, a group of around 5 people were incredibly loud and decided to play a card game until almost 1am in a lounge downstairs. They had zero respect for other people sleeping there and were treating the place like a youth hostel. There are no staff on site which is bizarre and throughout our stay, i didn’t see a single member of staff in the hotel. If there had been, I’m sure the noise wouldn’t have been allowed to stand.
