They lied and said they provided parking … they don’t A public road /side roads and public car parks you need to pay for do not qualify for them to state they provide parking. Staff/owner wants to argue and tell me what I can see on the website isn’t there (screen shotted and sent proof back to them via email) False advertising but still took my money and refused a refund when it all came to light.

Appreciate we booked a low budget room, however this was too basic for our liking. Not enough space for two people and bags. No chair to sit on, no table to put things on, tv remote control was working but physically broken, only one spare socket to charge phones through, floor doesn’t look good, nowhere in shower to hang toiletries. Basic access through key box. Just smaller and more basic than we’d anticipated. We have stayed in youth hostels with better facilities to be honest.
