Beautiful property and very friendly hosts. Comfortable and facilities were great. Lovely touches such as a fridge with water & soft drinks.Tea & coffee making facilities. Lovely breakfast catering for all needs!

Bed a bit on the small size ,

The location was so peaceful and there was a really nice area outside to sit, in the gardens and an area to BBQ and play darts with a cosy covered area. The room was spotless and had a homely feel with several complementary refreshments available. Each room is based on an animal theme and is decorated to reflect this which was a nice touch. The breakfast choice was excellent and the locally sourced sausages and eggs from the chickens onsite were excellent along with nicki’s homemade muffins. Both Chris and Nicki were excellent hosts who were very attentive and paid real attention to detail prior to, and during our stay. We would definitely recommend the venue and will return in future to stay whilst we visit more of the local area.

Nothing that I didn’t like, the only thing was I assumed all the rooms were en-suite and our bathroom was separate ate. This was a large bathroom with a beautiful freestanding bath and a separate shower also, but I was just concerned about disturbing other guests during the night.

My daughter and I had a wonderful couple of nights here. It was in a lovely spot and a beautiful property. Such lovely hosts who went out of their way to make our stay special. We are Vegan and Vegetarian and they catered for this perfectly. We had an outstanding cooked breakfast plus all the extras and lovey fresh fruit salad. Nikki had made fresh different flavoured Muffins which we took out with us for a mid morning snack as we were so full. They were absolutely delicious especially the lemon and poppy seed. The beds were so comfy and a lovely hot shower. Plenty of parking and free range chickens in the garden. Utterly perfect. 🥰

No warm, comfortable place to sit and read. Muddy path to entrance door.

We loved the farmhouse, it had lots of character. Great double room and bathroom. Nice to have some extra toileteries. Chris and NIcki are lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was good. Lots to see and do. Great long weekend.

The Wi -fi was a bit erractic in our room. Also most of the Tv channels didn't work. Probably because of the Wi-Fi.
