"Super Comfortable Country Stay"

Lovely location , great breakfast and lovely hosts. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Interesting building with original features.

Shower needs to be stronger and hotter sooner. Also would be a good to have upmarket shower gel shampoo and conditioner such as Faith In Nature

"A dream stay"

The area around Lower House is absolutely STUNNING, it feels like you're traveling through a fairytale book. The hosts are lovely, attentive and affable. The breakfast was flexible with many options available, and the hot food was cooked to perfection. There was a guided forest walk nearby on the day we arrived. In the room we found flapjacks, in case we were peckish on arrival, a bottle of fresh water, plus a couple of small bottles in the fridge, and little chocolates on the beds. There is a gorgeous giant chess set outside - good for exercising your brains and your muscles!

There was nothing we didn't like.
