Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. L’appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, offre ogni comfort: cucina completa, zona giorno luminosa, camere spaziose con aria condizionata e bagni moderni impeccabili. Pulizia quotidiana accuratissima. All’esterno c’è un bel giardino con salottino sotto gli ulivi, ideale per rilassarsi. I letti sono comodissimi, con possibilità di scegliere tra due cuscini, dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato. Colazione varia e abbondante con prodotti freschi. Il gestore Matteo è gentile, disponibile e prodigo di consigli. Molto utile anche il parcheggio, soprattutto per la posizione centralissima e vicina al porto. In sintesi: struttura accogliente, curata nei dettagli e con un’ospitalità eccellente.

Struttura accogliente, molto carina, possibilità di usufruire della cucina completamente attrezzata, colazione ricca e variabile, personale molto educato e disponibile. Super consigliata, da ritornarci!

La struttura è nuova, molto accogliente e pulita .. La gentilezza di Matteo fa la differenza nello scegliere luoghi di visitazione piuttosto che ristoranti etc..

It was clean and in a good location. Access to full kitchen and outdoor patio. Check-in was very helpful.

It was not clear when reading about the property it was one room in a shared apartment. There were two other guests staying there at the same time, all in one apartment. Not what we were looking for, making the price for a single room unjustified.

Really nice place - SUPER CLEAN! Very nice facilities. All brand new. And the A/C was great during our stay with a heatwave. The breakfast was great too. And super nice to have private parking. Would definitely go back.

The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and very quiet. The bed was particularly comfy. And the AC system was great. Breakfast was good too. Pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches, fresh fruit and yogurt. My husband really appreciated the fresh orange juice maker. The garden off of the kitchen looked lovely. We weren’t there long enough to appreciate it but with a longer stay it would be a nice place to sit and rest.

Very clean and updated space, with a modern bathroom. Probably one of the most comfortable stays and most spacious bathrooms during our week+ travels in Italy! The bed was comfy and breakfast was good too. Good location for the small town and parking spots (dedicated for the guests) available right around the corner from the entrance.

Hard to tell from the photos, but this is essentially a three bedroom apartment converted into a guesthouse. It was still quiet with other guests there, but the bedroom doors pretty much open into the living/common space.
