beautifully decorated, full kitchen. Host was so accommodating to let us into the rooms and there was free parking nearby. and the breakfast was so delicious. great baked goods , yogurts, and fruit. as well as coffee and juices. also a short walk to town. we ate at a fantastic restaurant. and it was a small boating village. not much to sightsee but the relaxing break we needed.

It was such a treat to stay here. We were greeted with great hospitality from Mateo and his beautiful mother. This unit has three bedrooms. My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our bedroom was beautifully designed with clean and simple decor. This is a place with great attention to detail. It has all you need and more! To mention a couple- the black out screens for a good night sleep and the beautiful back yard to enjoy your morning coffee make this a true gem in Porto Ercole. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces and well equipped with an amazing coffee maker, and all kitchen essentials. A big plus was making fresh orange juice in the morning. A very nice breakfast is provided in the morning.

This was one of the most pleasant stays. Nothing bad to say

"A real gem in Porto Ercole"

One of the most beautifully decorated places we ever stayed. Matteo was always very responsive: never took him more than a few minutes to reply our questions. The common area was very well designed, especially the kitchen offers everything a guest needs.. Free parking place is a very good bonus. Breakfast was really delicious. Even I am a very light sleeper, I never heard anyone coming in to prepare the breakfast for the two days that we stayed there. Matteo was very helpful and even recommended us places to eat & visit.

Be prepared to share the common area with the other guests. One little thing that we thought the property should provide is slippers. A little more storage place would be nice.
