Holly Trees room only accommodation

Immaculately clean and comfortable shepherd's hut. Welcome pack milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, cereals , butter and jam was an unexpected bonus. Gareth was friendly and quick to reply to any queries. Parking available, no issues.Enclosed garden and dog friendly. Will definatley return, we visit the area every year and have found our first choice of accomodation.😀

No plug socket near a mirror to dry hair, not a huge issue at all. Would bring extension lead next time🙂

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet

We usually go self catering so this was different for us. A very relaxed atmosphere, comfy room and lovely breakfast choices.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly host and staff. Great location.

Bed on the small side. Uncomfortable pillows. Lack of wardrobe space.

The property was maintained to a very high standard.

My room was very tiny, it was very hot and no fan to try to keep cool. If the dimensions of the room had been explained I would not have stayed at this B&B. There was no where to hang cloth's and I had to put my suitcase on a stand in the bathroom.

Unser Zimmer war liebevoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Gut war, dass das aufmerksame Holly Tree -Team uns schon geraume Zeit vor dem Aufenthalt eine Adressliste mit Restaurants und den Fährdiensten zu den Farne Islands und Lindisfarne zukommen ließ. Das Frühstück war lecker. Wir konnten auch absolut stressfrei vor dem Haus am Straßenrand parken. Das Dorf und der Hafen waren fussläufig.

We have stayed here several times due to the Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Really welcoming staff.
