La posizione e l'accoglienza

Eigenartiger Geruch im Haus, Zummer schmuddelig, abgewohnt, Schimmel im Bad überall, nicht sauber, nach Nachfrage für Toilettenpapier vergeblich gewartet, auf Ersatzhandtücher bis in die Abendstunden warten müssen, das Bad ist so klein, dass eine Sitzung auf der Toilette fast unmöglich erschien, unhygienische Schaumstoffklobrille, Polsterüberzug hat gefehlt, Handtuchhaken fallen runter, Wände sehr dünn man hört jedes Wort und jede Klospülung, Privatsphäre null

È andato tutto bene

La posizione e il parcheggio comodo vicino.

In camara il tubo della doccia mi è caduto addosso, il copri water era staccato, dal doccino scendeva giù veramente poca acqua e si faticava a docciarsi, inoltre le porte della doccia non scorrevano e non si chiudevano. La pulizia della stanza lasciava molto a desiderare così come nella sala colazioni, i tavoli e le tazze erano tutte sporche.

Good location, great value for money. The place and rooms are so spacious. Gives mansion vibes. The host was friendly and helpful. The beds were okay.

Pillows. Cleanliness in shared areas is okay but could be improved. Breakfast is very simple, croissant + hot drink.

Basic but verry friendly price

Safe and quiet area. Clean and large room w big bathroom and efficient A/C. Kind host who gave us excellent advice on where to eat out. Breakfast is basic but satisfactory. Free parking in the area. Ideal for a pit stop

A bit away from centre. In our room wifi wasn't strong. All in all, perhaps...a touch overpriced considering the location.

Breakfast was delicious every time! Fausto was super helpful and friendly and we very much felt at home. We loved Viareggio and will definitely be back!

Bed was a little hard and pillows a little uncomfortable. We couldn't access the WiFi in our room unfortunately. Nothing major, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)
