Good choice for us for one night before morning flight from Pisa.

Room spacious , clean , quite neighbourhood, Close to station . Friendly and helpful host .

Friend staff. Garage parking, street parking is a little bit difficult to find space. Wifi Clothes cabinets There is a good supermarket about 14 minutes walking and a few small places to eat on a walking distance.

We were in the lower level guestroom with a bathroom across the hallway. The mattress needs to be replaced, it is old and the room needs more light. The bathroom needs a fan for ventilation and the shower box needs a hook for the shower handset as well a place to put the soap. The garden outside needs attention. The breakfast is very simple with no cheese, ham, eggs, fruits or juice. Only water, coffee or tea and sweet pastry, milk is possible upon request. No bread or butter, only toast and jelly. I felt a little disappointed with the breakfast as our stay was supposed to be Bed and Breakfast. The bed sheets are dried over the sun and air, which creates a dump smell, but they are clean.

It was very bad, staff was very rude and very bad behaviour he tried to harm me in one point they person was in reception he was very drunk at 2:00am Thursday early hours of morning then he tried to threw my stuff out at 2:00am. Then he said to me he fought with his wife and his wife was very angry on him, and told me to leave that property he harass me, unfortunately I had to leave the property at 2:00am. And booked another hotel at 4:00am 2 hours I was looking for another hotel because on that all hotels were fully booked

Very rude stuff, tried to hit me when he wa every drunk and came in to my room at 2:00am

The room was clean and nice furniture, very friendly.

The bed was not comfortable.

Everything! The location is wonderful for Carnivale! The room is large and beautiful! Camilla goes above and beyond!! The bathroom is large and renovated nicely. The breakfast is good.
