Zeer goede ligging ten opzichte van centrum en het strand. Prettige lichte kamer en ruime badkamer. Veel groen aan de balkonzijde.

Door de centrale ligging wel wat verkeersgeluiden met raam open.

Alles super! Bequemes Bett, Rollos, die komplett verdunkeln, alles zweckmäßig und hell. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super Lage zum Strand, zur Innenstadt und zu kleinen Geschäften. Das Highlight ist Anna, die IMMER ansprechbar ist und weiterhilft. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

The host is excellent, speaks English well and will make visit and restaurants recommendations. Listen to those recommendations, we ate very good! The deluxe apartment is big, with high ceiling and 3 rooms - bathroom, living and dormitory. Nest apartments are located on the 1st floor, so easily reachable. The living room has all kitchen utensils you can need, but we did not cook. There is a big fridge available. You have a table and 4 chairs, and a couch. There is a smart TV in the living room, you can connect via Wifi. The bed was very comfy and the covers are soft to the touch. I loved the electrical blinders that can black out the room. So easy to sleep until noon if needed. Bathroom is big, the standing shower big enough for a bigger person. The hot water takes a little to reach the faucet. Bring slippers because the whole floor is marble like. The balcony is towards the main street, which had medium car traffic, but the apartment was mostly silent. You can sit on the balcony and take your coffee. The beach is 10 minutes away (cause you stop for coffee) :)

There are no space heaters so you need to use the AC. The space heater in the bathroom is actionable by a button, but I don't know for how long it stays on. When we visited, the average temperature outside was 5 degrees over night and I would have loved a second duvet or cover.

Все добре. Привітний та не нав'язливий персонал. Ганна була уважна та доброзичлива. Високі стелі та великі площі. Мінімалістичний хайтек, але дуже комфортний. Балкон і найтініша вулиця в Пескарі. Дякуємо.

Very close to the city center, spacious and clean rooms, nice and quiet neighborhood

Rooms are big and in winter it is hard to get them warm. All the floors are tiles, so be sure to bring some slippers if you visit during winter months
