Signature coffee & bed

The free coffee in the morning was very tasty. The room was very spacious, and it got two toilets and shower rooms. Perfect for four people to stay in.

The room is very large, good location. I am satisfied, I will come back again!

Not suitable for long stays, the room is not cleaned, bed linen and towels are not changed. The water in the shower is a little cold

The check in process and communication with host.

The all night long karaoke sessions (with girls and private rooms) next door to accommodation. It was really disturbing and irritating when you want sleep.

The noise

The location is good and really worth the price. The room is very spacious, featuring 2 large beds and 2 bathrooms in one place, making it suitable for a family or a group of 4 friends. Additionally, there are free drinks (fresh coffee and others) provided daily for everyone. There is also a private car park in a nearby soi.

The cleanliness level, for me, is 9 out of 10.

There’s a lot of food options near our stay. We get one free drink each person per day. Their drink did not disappoint. I get to watch Thai TV! AC was awesome, thank goodness. The staff are super friendly and kind, thank you!

There’s two bathrooms of the shower drains slow, there’s also a bad odor coming from the bathroom even though we sprayed it. There’s no fan or ventilation in the bathrooms. If you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend the stay because there’s traffic noise, ambulance noise.

Nice Big Room, comfortable bed, The staff were great i lost my key and didn't know until late at night, luckily when i rang the phone number on google it go through to someone and they came let us in and no there was zero issue very friendly and didn't make me feel bad.

The Room can get a little noisy from the Rd and next door, but after a few nights got use to it.
