Great size rooms, nice bathrooms and good beds. staff very friendly nice touch of a free coffee each morning.

the noise from the road and the music bar next door, some nights 2-5am singing.

Loved everything about the place! The staff were super friendly, and coffee was amazing, and the rooms were massive! If you think you'll be arriving after their closing time which I think is 4.30/5 pm (it's above a coffee shop), make sure you message to tell them. We were stuck outside and had to call and wait for a bit, because the shop was closed when we arrived. And another note - don't flush toilet paper down the toilet!

EVERYTHING I LIKE. We get free coffee everyday as we stay here. You can choose any coffee on their menu. The staff is super good it worth your money. I highly recommend you stay here. Room is spacious . Toilet clean. Got 2 showers.

We loved our stay here, so much space for 3 people, two large rooms both with big double beds plus two bathrooms. The staff were really friendly and the coffee was amazing!

First of all, perfect staff that accommodate you reasonably and welcoming guests on early check-in if there is no ex-tenant. Love the concept of staff diligently preparing 1 cup of coffee for tenants. Staff - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cleanlisness - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Comfort - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Location - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It is super value worth, and the location is superb with walking distance 10 mins to most of the city. (Esp the phae fate, bazaar, narawat bridge)

No! It is more than perfect

The location is outside Chiang Mai Okd City but its a walking distance to Night Bazaar, and food. Especially for muslim where there are a number of halal places nearby. Room is super spacious, nicely decorated and clean, Bathroom is also big.

Since it is located close to the road, it would be great to add additional sound proof to the balcony door,
