Large, clean and comfortable room. Beds are super comfortable. There are two toilets and two showers. Free delicious coffee every morning. Delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby.

We booked a room for 2 persons. A half of the room with a window was locked with curtain closed from that side. We stayed in another half of the room without sunlight. This is not mentioned in the room details.

Signature Coffee was a great guesthouse. It was spotlessly clean, and it was located just minutes from the Night Market and many restaurants and activities. “B” and “Pai” who work there are lovely. Pai helped us arrange a driver and B kept everything g running wonderfully. We liked having big fluffy towels and little touches like fresh water bottles, beautiful decor and useful toiletries. The bathroom set up was amazing for our family. we could literally have 4 of using it privately at one time!

We found the traffic from the street to be a little loud- especially after the end of the. night market.

the room is very spacious

the room was not clean. we didn’t get any new towels, I had to search through the hotel looking for towels.
