We had a great stay. The room is clean and spacious, the location is convenient. What makes it particularly special is the breakfast prepared by Emilia’s mom, it was sooo good!

If you have a chance to stay here, don’t miss out on this amazing stay! Our room was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delicious and an unforgettable visual feast for the eyes. There was far more than one could ever eat. Bring your camera and a hearty appetite! To top it off the proprietors are a delight to visit with. We enjoyed every minute!

We had a perfect vacation in Venice and absolutely loved Emilia’s amazing apartment. Everything is created with so much love and care. The rooms are stylish and full of lovely details — their names are Love, Joy, and Wish, which perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the place. Emilia provided detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and shared great tips for restaurants, cafés, and museums in Venice. Her mother prepared us a wonderful, delicious breakfast every morning. We started each day with joy, enjoying a long breakfast accompanied by nice music and beautiful seasonal decorations in the room. The apartment is located in Venice Mestre, just 10 minutes by train or bus from Venice. Treviso, Padova, and Vicenza are also easily reachable — only about 20 minutes away by train. We highly recommend Emilia’s apartment to everyone and would love to come back again!

It is a beautiful place and nice location to Mestre station. Breakfast was really delicious!
