"Great stay right on tram and bus line into Venice"

Location was very convenient to the tram and bus onto Venice island and the train station as well. The inn keeper was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great tips. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of choice. We had booked an early morning tour and they packed us a to-go breakfast which was a breakfast and a lunch!! We also had dinner at a couple of local restaurants and had great meals at reasonable prices.

Une belle grande chambre, lit confortable, très propre avec tout ce qui est nécessaire et plus. Tout près de la gare de train pour Venise. Gentillesse d’Emilia et de sa maman. Déjeuner-brunch copieux, très varié et délicieux. Je recommande cet établissement. Merci encore.

Il y a un peu de bruit de la rue, mais j’ai très bien dormi avec des bouchons dans les oreilles.

"Wir haben mit dieser Unterkunft ALLES richtig gemacht! Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Venedig!"

Das Frühstück wurde in den Kommentaren ja schon häufiger positiv herausgestellt. Und wir können das nur bestätigen. Ein großartriges und sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, dass eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles ist frisch und selbst gebacken. Großartig! Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Charme eingerichtet.

Alles war super! Vielleicht eine Erwähnung: Das Äußere des Hauses darf einen nicht abschrecken!

Great location - the B&B is 10 min away from the train station and 2 min away from the bus station from where you can catch the bus to Venice (about 10min away). The room was very cozy, clean and spacious - loved all the small details and the care taken in preparing the room for us . Emilia and her family were very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!
