Un sogno B&B

At first glance, the exterior of the building is rather normal, but stepping inside the Sogno B&B, you are surprised to see beautifully charming and well-decorated room! The room was spacious and comfortable with two terraces that overlooked a fountain. Access to Venice was very easy with a bus stop just around the corner. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had—meticulously prepared, delicious, and generous to the point that we couldn't finish it all. The owner, Emilia also send quite useful information about the transportation and dining options in Venice prior to our arrival which was incredibly helpful. Overall, our stay in Venice was unforgettable thanks to Emilia’s warm hospitality and thoughtful guidance. Thank you so much!

Good location....very close to both train and bus transport. Un Sogno has a warm and homely atmosphere with charming decor ( currently decorated with an Autumn theme), good sized rooms, excellent facilities and the most amazing breakfasts! Cynzia and Emelia are wonderful hosts.....welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay.

Un Sogno apartments are on the first floor of the building and there isn't a lift so be prepared to carry your cases up stairs.

This accommodation excelled. The rooms were lovely and so were the staff. We have been travelling for 10 weeks and this was the best so far. Particularly liked the top sheet on the bed and the breakfasts were fantsstic

I felt most welcome in this BnB and the great breakfast was offered. The host Emilia was very nice and helpful. She took great care about my needs and questions. I have a lot of things and she helped me with ordering a taxi and we talked a lot during the breakfast and I did not find it hard to get around in Venice.

The room was really well stocked , very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was superb. In fact too much! Parking was reserved in a locked, open air space nearby. Emilia who manages the property and her mother were delightful people.

Not much really. The transport into Venice was quick and convenient although we had to stand in the bus on most journeys.

Most beautiful and cozy accommodation, the best breakfast i ever had, a very friendly owner, excellent service, and a great location.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! The host sent detailed messages how and where to find the keys and where to park the car. The breakfast was incredible and I mean it was really incredible! All freshly made food by the host and a really anything you would want in a breakfast! The room was very clean and very nicely decorated. As such I felt immediately at home and relaxed! Even the maximum rating doesnt feel enough!

Delicious breakfast, clean and big room, great hospitality

The B&B was brilliant. You have your own bedroom and bathroom and then there is a shared kitchen space with other guests (where breakfast is served) so you can have the comfort of your own private room or sit in a public space. It was the little touches that really made the difference. Biscotti in the kitchen, books available to read, water, coffee, tea, little lollies, bathroom toiletries, beautiful and homely fit out. It really was a home away from home. The breakfast was incredible. I’m coeliac and they went above and beyond to have a gluten free table of safe food for me to eat (and so tasty)! Everything you could ever want. We felt so cared for, very attentive and kind!

There are no even better ifs for this place - it’s worth staying and feeling right at home while travelling! Fantastic prices, great location and lovely people!

Everything was perfect. 10 min walking distance from Mestre train station from which olyou can get to Venice in another 10 minutes. Private parking. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is kind of hard to beat breakfast quality in Italy, as it is very good very much everywhere. But here it was a level up with many local specialties and very good presentation by Emilia the host. Emilia was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. If we are back to Venice, would book this B&B again without hesitstion.

It can get noisy outside at night occasionally as drunk citizens pass by and yell on the street. Traffic slows down significantly at night, so noise from street didn't bother us otherwise.
