Breakfast was nicely cooked and offered a good choice. Server was very friendly and helpful. Location was fine but general area was a bit isolated

It was a little unexpected not to have any staff on site.

The Food , completely on another level.

Attention to detail , bathroom door that wouldn't close due to no latch inside handle and a bath with missing enamel with sharp edges , and door hinges with missing mounting screws and we were even given a key to a room where someone else was staying. All in all quite disgraceful for a place of alleged very high standards. A £30 deduction wasn't enough really on reflection.

Ideal location for what we was visiting patrington for, we will be staying there again on our visits to patrington as we have friends there

I can't complain about anything, it was fantastic

The breakfast was just right. The location was a new one for us ,that part of the country ,with spurn point worth a visit.

The room was very spacious and the facilities where excellent. The staff were very helpful even though they were busy with an event.
