The staff were friendly and bed was comfortable breakfast was good

In the gold room I could not find a power point next to the bed. The only other glitch was that there was a mix up with the code number to let us in. Fortunately Kerry answered the phone out of hours to let us know the new code.

The room was beautiful and every last detail wash polished off perfectly. As it was my partners birthday, I asked if there was any way to have something put in the room and when we arrived there were chocolates and a bottle of wine which was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and Kerry who looked after us was very accommodating and friendly. The whole experience was exceptional and we cannot wait to stay again.

Beautiful house with a luxury feel. Booked the Stable and the Silver room. Both amazing. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice. The lady who served us was lovely and made us feel at home. Will definitely be visiting again.

The only two minor things we found were the lack of netflix on the tv in the stables and the lack of robes. Robes were available, but as no staff were around it felt like a daft thing to ring and bother them about.

The staff were friendly and willing to help, the location is good for Withernsea and Spurn Point.

Not that I didn't like it but the hot water was very hot and could be an issue for some.

Great hotel lovely breakfast

Beautiful building and the staff I met were helpful. Very comfy bed and breakfast was lovely (although doesn't start until 7am). Easy to park (no EV charger though)

Most of the time the building feels empty, there is no reception and the restaurant is closed (with no kitchen facilities open to guests) so the only option is to eat out. This was not clear at time of booking - I received an e mail afterwards to let me know. There is nowhere within walking distance that serves food and only a few places locally to drive to. The radiator in my room was not working (which I did report to the member of staff serving breakfast) and my room was quite cold as a result.
