Really spacious family room, great pub and food! Location was perfect for what we wanted and very quiet in the evening. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

"Spotless facilities, very friendly staff and excellent food & drink."

Food and drink were superb, large portions, reasonably priced. All the staff were very warm and friendly. The bar area and our accomodation were spotless, the latter being recently refurbished.

There was nothing that either of us were unhappy with.

"Will always make it first choice to stay if rooms available if in the area of Dartmoor."

Clean, friendly staff made very welcome and also with local customers, food plenty to choose from and all made as requested excellent chef. Brilliant place to stay for walking groups etc also great pub to go to if just walking the area.

Nothing to dislike
