"Comfortable, and in a good area. plenty of pubs and Close to "Kings Theatre""

The breakfast was first class, a good selection and well presented. The dining room was immaculate, comfortable and very clean. The hosts were cheerful and helpful. I was in Portsmouth to watch the football, and it was a 20 minute stroll to the Fratton Park ground.

I'm old (81) and have arthritis which made climbing the stairs difficult, but I managed as I wasn't in any rush. I would have liked a tea mug instead of a tea cup at breakfast.

"Dated and dirty."

Friendly host Bed was comfortable

Uncle to shower due to the amount of grime and dirt in the shower. The plug hole was full of clogged hair and the shower head was filthy dirty.
