Price is reasonable and location is good, the room is not bad but the problem with the flushing affected the stay

Since the arrival there was a problem with flushing in the toilet. The problem couldn’t be solved, we asked for another room but there was no availability. The guest stayed for 3 days, out of 4, without the possibility of flushing the toilet. A pretty big inconvenience since the room is pretty small. During those 3 days we contacted booking customer service and the host himself several times. The host gave us metaphysical answers (things broke and time is needed to get fixed), when asked for compensation since the entire stay has been severely affected he told us “that we should have paid more since the room was recently renewed”. So booking left us in the dark, while been mocked by the host. Great if you want to experience British humor in first person.

The breakfast was first class . And the service was excellent. And the location was easy to get to . Its 15 minutes from the town and the trian station. Their are plenty of eating places, and pubs which do excellent food. I highly recommend it.

I ould not find anything wrong with my stay. At at the guest house.
