Fresh milk in fridge on landing great addition. Very comfortable sitting room for guests and spacious breakfast area. Breakfast food quality excellent. WiFi fast downstairs. Attentive host. Breakfast available at decent time.

Wi-Fi signal very weak to unusable in room 3. Breakfast menu ordering style perhaps not to everyone’s taste (vs cereal buffet) Breakfast filter coffee on the weaker side. Squeaky bathroom floor in room 3 quite annoying.

We would highly recommend staying here. Easy to find, has parking and spotlessly clean. The hosts Kathleen and John were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, highly recommend the fruit salad.
