Die Aussicht ist einfach unschlagbar, zu jeder Tageszeit ein absolutes Highlight! Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und zugewandt und das Appartment blitzsauber. Es ist zwar relativ klein, aber das wird durch die tolle Aussicht und die gute Lage wettgemacht.

L'habitació es troba en un edifici d'apartaments situat en primera línia de mar, en el port nàutic de Siracusa, a 10' caminant del Ponte Umbertino que és per on s'accedeix a l'illa d'Ortigia. La finestra hi ofereix una bonica vista. L'aparcament es pot fer dintre mateix del recinte on es troba l'immoble, tractant-se d'un espai tancat i privat al que s'hi accedeix amb una clau. Tant aquesta, com la de l'habitació, es troben en unes caixetes exteriors, facilitant l'amfitriona a través de l'e-mail i/o el whatsapp la seva localització i ús. Ha estat senzill contactar amb ella. Tot i no ser de grans dimensions, l'estança és prou confortable, disposant d'una petita cuina, correctament equipada, per a poder-hi fer un àpat com l'esmorzar. Ofereix càpsules suficients de cafè per a la cafetera, cosa que s'agraeix, ja que a cada lloc que hem estat ens hi hem trobat amb una de diferent. Ha ajudat a que la nostra estada a Siracusa hagi estat fantàstica. Per cert, el navegador et fa entrar pel carrer on hi ha el moll del port nàutic, però com està en obres (ja no és com es veu al Google Street View), et porta per un lloc inaccessible. Millor posar l'adreça, 44 Via dell'Arsenale, que el nom de l'estança.

No és apta per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda, ja que abans d'accedir a l'ascensor s'han de pujar sis graons, que, per segons qui, pot resultar un problema.

The view, the view, the view. Overlooking the marina/ harbour and off to the right you can see the old town in the distance. So nice watching the sunrise laying in the very comfy bed!! Didnt use the terrace as weather wasnt great. Went up for a look and the view was amazing. Apartment is on 4th floor with very quick lift in very secure building. Included on site secure parking. The photos and video explaining how to arrive, open secure gate were fantastic. Great coffee machine with pods supplied, kettle, tea, water in fridge, small snack items also provided which is very much appreciated. If you need milk you will need to purchase that yourself. This is a small clean apartment and they have used the space very well. Nice restaurants nearby and easy walk into old town. Washing machine available but conditions apply. This is relevant when you read what we didnt like.

Disappointing.. not terrible but people should know in case it bothers you. 1. Washing machine is not inside the apartment [it is outside the door in a small laundry room between your apartment and owners - no biggie, just surprised us) 2. It is not for your personal use. It is shared with the owners. 3. You may have to wait to use it. We waited about 20mins which was a bit annoying as wanted to do straight away and get out the door. 4. ONE LOAD allowed per stay?? Additional fees if want to do more?? That was so disappointing. Nowhere did it say this when booking. Not happy about this, so did one load only. 5. No drying rack provided in the apartment There is one line upstairs on the terrace, which is not undercover. [Had to ask for a proper clothes rack and the owner gave us his to use thankfully] 6. Advised the dryer in the small laundry room is for personal use of the owners only. So..now you know and can make an informed decision. BUT, have to be fair and give a good rating because everything else was good.

Apartamento, anfitrión, vistas... y la ciudad!

Un appartement très fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue ! Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement ! Une place de parking est à disposition ce qui facilite le séjour et on est à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Syracuse. La terrasse est aussi au top.

Pour les personnes souhaitant cuisiner, il n’y a pas de plaques de cuisson.
