Ortigia D'aMare

Il check-in è stato facile e completamente chiaro, la posizione era vicino all’ingresso di Ortigia, tuttavia c’erano alcuni lavori in corso nella strada.

La stanza è piuttosto piccola e la cucina non è ben attrezzata (per esempio non c’erano un coltello grande o un tagliere). La lavatrice non era a completa disposizione (si trovava nel corridoio e ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno dovevo chiedere all’host di svuotarla per me), il che non è stato molto pratico! Ci sono stati richiesti a fine soggiorno 18€ in due di tassa di soggiorno (noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti)! Nel frigo piccolino non c’era Freezer! La sistemazione é collocata in una porzione di un appartamento, che è stato frazionato per ricavare la camera. L’ingresso nell’appartamento è quindi in comune con l’host, che vive nella porzione antistante.

La posizione dell' appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi da Ortigia. La camera, pulita e moderna ha una bellissima visuale su Ortigia stessa e sul porticciolo e inoltre gode di una terrazza condominiale (ma praticamente tutta per te) in cui si può fare colazione o cenare e da cui si può godere una bellissima visuale sul mare e la città. Emiliano e Simona i proprietari dell' appartamento vivono affianco, sono sempre presenti e disponibili in caso di bisogno, ma mai invadenti. Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa sicuramente saprei già dove soggiornare.

Stanza deliziosa, svegliarsi col mare affianco non ha prezzo. Alloggio comodissimo, palazzo privato, posto auto, ascensore, a 10 min a piedi dal ponte di ortigia, e la chicca finale è il terrazzo panoramico al piano di sopra. Emiliano è stato disponibilissimo e presente. È stata una tappa perfetta per il nostro on the road

We had a lovely stay here during our time in Italy! The space was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Our host was very responsive, helpful, and gave great local recommendations which he provided through WhatsApp. We got here early and he allowed us to park in the gated parking while they finished getting the apartment ready. The apartment has an amazing view of the marina and even better was the view from the rooftop terrace where we ate takeout pasta (would highly recommend spending as evening up here watching the sunset and lights).

My only fyi is that I used my own shampoo and conditioner. There was a bottle with yellow liquid in it on the ground in the shower but it wasn’t labeled and was half full so I opted to use some I had brought. It is about a 10-15 min walk to Ortigia which was no problem.

Very good location, everything was perfectly clean, Emiliano was very helpful and nice especially with our accident. Thank you again for hosting us.

The apartment has an excellent location with a sea view. It’s equipped with everything you need, including a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules. The old town is very close, and there are many local cafés along the way. There is also a nearby paid parking area that is safe and affordable.

A very pretty and well designed little apartment. Has everything you need for an excellent stay. The view from the apartment is beyond wonderful. It opens the room out and is magical. Rooftop terrace is a fabulous bonus, as is the parking. Emiliano is friendly and helpful. Wifi excellent, shower good, bed very comfy. All good. Very easy walking to Ortigia island and supermarket.
