"Excellent"

The apartment was clean. The self check-in and the communication with the host was very good and easy. The apartment is very good located, 10 minutes’ walk from the historic center. The view from it is very very beautiful. The terrace (one floor above) is very nicely arranged with a spot where you can take breakfast, lunch, dinner or just relax.

"A Great Stay"

Friendly and helpful host Bright comfortable modern room with kitchen. Fantastic view over the Marina and Ortigia Island. Lovely roof terrace. Only a 10/15 minute walk to Ortigia Island which is wonderful Free on site parking.

Booking.com directions took us to the rear of the property which has no access. We walked about, found the property and followed the self check in procedure which worked very well. Issue with directions is not a fault of the hosts. Just something to be aware of.

"Loved our stay!"

The views over the harbour were amazing, we were able to watch the sunrise from the bed. The apartment was clean, well equipped for a cosy place, had a roof for more views, and was close to Ortigia. The bed was super comfy and very clean. Very happy with our stay!

"The best sea view right from your bed."

The apartment has an amasing view at the port and the sea. You can also go on the roof for an even better view and open space. There is a free parking area next to the building. The host is very nice and lives next door.

"Sunrise view!"

whatching the New Year's fireworks from the room. The view is outstanding. Everything is need and clean. Comfy bed. Ortiga, Restaurants and breakfast places in walking distance. Free parking right in front.

"A comfortable apartment with a great location"

The apartment is centrally located, and we could walk everywhere from there. Our room was spacious, with a great view of the sea. There was a small well-equipped kitchenette. There was no host to greet us, but we received clear entry instructions which included photos.

We had only a couple of small complaints. The shower floor was extremely slippery and we had to put the bathroom rug in there for safety. Breakfast was a shop a couple of blocks away, but our voucher was good for only one pastry and one cup of coffee, nothing more.
