Apartment is well equipped, comfortable, very clean and the view from the window is just amazing! The location is very good (short walking distance to Origia; no problem with free parking around). Easy check in/check out. Additionally - a tasty breakfast in a nearby cafe (included in the price). Simona and Emiliano are wonderful and welcoming hosts!

Simona has a lovely one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. All the utensils were available for light meals. Coffee, tea, and bottled water were available. The included breakfast at a cafe across the street was wonderful. The view of Ortigia Island and the Mediterranean Sea was beyond belief, day and night. Modern, beautifully furnished, very clean.

Detailed instructions on the location were badly needed. Arriving on foot or by car, one has no indication of street number, nor of where Building G is (this is part of a very large complex). Four keys were required to enter.

The owner is friendly. The location is excellent. The kitchenette with water kettle is very convenient.

1. The breakfast is actually one cup of coffee with one piece of pastry on a location nearby. It is a reasonable solution for such accommodation, but not really a breakfast. Needs a better description for what is offered. 2. The "free toiletries" is body soap only. Shampoo was missing.

great apartment, great location for both beach and walking to old town. private parking for free, lots of parking space. Small kitchen with everything you need. amazing view!! we got vouchers for breakfast in the cafe within 100m from apartment, you can get coffee and some snack, small but keeps you full till lunch. the owner is very flexible and good reachable. answered us right away, if we had questions.

it’s a great location for a stay in Syracuse, easy to access Ortigia on foot and park the car. Also it is on the hop on hop bus off route which makes a quick connection to the archeological sites in Syracuse. Highlights of the stay, the view, the accommodation all very nice finishes, comfortable bed and good pillows. Usage of washer machine was a great bonus . Very accommodating and helpful hosts.
