Nice and quiet

The toilet seat is broken

QUIETNESS AT NIGHT, COMFORTABLE BED ADN WAS NOT FAR FROM WHERE I WENT IT WAS A CONVIENT PLACE FOR ME THE RECEPTIONIST WE MET WAS VERY FRIENDLY

WE DIDNT SEE THE PASSWORD OF A WIFI WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE, EVEN THE EXTRA BLANKETS WE CHECK BUT COULDNT FIND AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ASK, THEY ARE NOT SERVING BREAKFAST

Clean and accommodating, lovely safe area

Could hear small kids from the main house through the makeshift closure, the house pets also barking early hours of the morning when we had a late night. Didn't like that there was no table for bathroom toiletries/shower items to be placed

We didn't do breakfast with them

We were not allowed by the pool as it's a private pool but it's listed on the facilities available When we asked for an Iron in the evening we were told there's no staff, we should have asked earlier and we wanted to change for the wedding reception as we were there for a wedding In the morning when we got the Iron the ironing board was broken, the iron itself was leaking ended up wetting our clothes. The bed was soo uncomfortable and unsteady.

Alime the worker was exceptional.She really knows how to take care of guests she saw i was afraid of cats she came to my rescue and also when we were checking out reminded us to check things that are easy to leave behind .

If possible for them to change bathroom towels cz they are old and worn out .

There's no breakfast

Towels are old, no electric blanket in the beds,no showers caps and I wasn't formed to bring my own,soap to bath
