i like that my privacy was repected and the people that treated me with respect regardless of my age and that the communication betwee us were delt with in n professional way

Location very nice

The room and bathroom were dirty, We asked for cups and glasses when we were about to use them they were dirty and had to be washed before, we were supposed to stay for 7 days we left on the 6th day when we found a big cockroach in the bathroom. There was no room service not even a broom, No WiFi as the advert says, We were told if we want to use a microwave we should ask coz it's locked on another room when we aske,the owner came and warm our food himself and I was standing next to him, It was so uncomfortable I never asked again. While my son was using the bathroom at night I received a watsup from the owner telling me to switch off the bathroom light. We were so uncomfortable but we had no means to move to another place.
