Excellent quality & selection

Beautiful property upstairs that was fully self contained. King sized bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with good selection. The balcony was lovely but way too cold for us to use. Diana and her husband were wonderful hosts.

Not really a complaint but the shower was a little unusual to operate - only because we hadn’t seen one like it before! Ask Diana if you get stuck.

It was so well equipped - absolutely nothing more you could ask for. The bed was comfy, lovely to have a little sitting room, kitchenette and balcony. Superb breakfast

There is nothing not to like

The property is really an apartment with sitting room (where breakfast is served at the table), a kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. All very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The property is right in the heart of the village with pubs and National Trust house right on the doorstep.

Breakfast was superb, served in your room. Terrace area was lovely in the afternoon sum. Lovely village just off the A303 but no traffic noise.

We don't usually stay in B&Bs because we like privacy but the host gave us space. She was a star when bringing the breakfast up the stairs. We came back from a wedding reception a bit late but she said we didn't disturb her at all because the rooms were remote from the rest of the house. She was very accommodating and nothing we did or asked phased her. The breakfast was just what we needed for a morning on the road.

The location wasn't ideal for us, it was £20+ each way to Brympton House. Had we known, we would have paid more to be closer and just walk. That's not their fault though, I'm sure it's a great location for other people.

Breakfast superb , wide selection of items catering for all tastes, generous quantities. Very comfortable, we slept well ! Excellent location to break a long journey down to the south west. Better facilities than the usual B & B, included a microwave and fridge! Welcoming hosts.
