Carents House

We had a warm welcome, and we found Diana most attentive. The accommodation was spacious with everything we needed. The location was delightful with parking in front of the house, well off the road. The breakfast was superb - very generous and cooked to perfection. See view from the balcony.

A warm welcome and immediate offers of help with motorcycle luggage etc. A whole suite, not merely a room, and all beautifully appointed and prepared. Breakfast was brought up to us and we ate in private, which was so relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully done and allowed us to enjoy our stay and look forward to a further visit in the future.

Montacute is lovely Somerset village, and carents hours just had everything I needed to spend the night, including a table to work, a WiFi connection. Breakfast was fantastic.

Lovely self contained flat for the price of just a room. Huge bed, nice bathroom, living room and little kitchen with everything you need to relax on arrival. The church bells are loud enough to add to the atmosphere without waking you up. The owners are lovely as was the breakfast.

This place is beautiful, amazing hosts and the location was perfect. We were truly spoilt , Diana makes the best breakfast. It is a self contained little apartment and the hosts have put their hearts into making sure your stay is spot on, all the little touches from milk in the fridge and free postcards. The super king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The views from the veranda were spectacular. We will definitely visit again,thank you.
