Good Morning, I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards advertised on your website. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I specifically requested with a jacuzzi was not functioning. The tub had insufficient water supply, and the prop inside was drilled and not operational. Additionally, the environment was very noisy, with a pool table located next to the room. The constant sound of balls clicking and loud conversations made it impossible to rest. Despite asking the staff to be more considerate, our requests were ignored, and doors were slammed. At 3 AM, people were making noise, slamming the entrance gate, and revving cars outside. Due to these conditions, we had no choice but to book another place for the remainder of our stay, which placed us under severe financial strain as we had to pay for two lodgings. This situation has left us out of budget for the month. I strongly urge your company to review the properties you advertise to ensure they are up to date and accurately represented. I am requesting a full refund for this stay as compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. curtain counld not close property. spotlight on your room all night bright room bedding torn. no noise better concditions not a good place to stay at all will not tell anyone about this place sorry we book in on thursday furneral friday did not go back for friday and saturday night booked at lilys guesthouse what an awesome place no noise lots of secure parking friendly people and cleasiness five star really nice place

The pool was nice and the staff was very polite

The beds weren't comfy The TV and fridge got repossessed by someone the owner owed money during our stay , so we had no tv The sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns The rooms were cold The wifi wasn't working The other guest were noisy so we couldn't sleep properly The property is poorly managed

The doors can't lock, toilet is leaking, no proper duvet and pillows, shower curtain was torn, windows broken, no hot water and no safe parking,

The place was falsely advertised, such place makes booking.Com looks bad and unrealistic. The bedding was dirty, so as extra blanket. The place wasn't cleaned and had spider web. In the morning there was no electricity while the area had electricity. The gate had no control, other guest needed to shout at night to be let in. Water was cold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you go there on a rainy day. Know that you will be walking on water..
