Lovely room and beautiful relaxing garden with lounge area. Michael was a great host giving helpful local advice, would highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect. Amazing place, spotless clean, very comfortable with private bathroom. Excellent location with proximity to the beach but yet very quiet. Lovely garden to chill after long day at the beach. Michael is a very friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast was delicious, even with a home baked bread! Fantastic value for money in that area. Thank you very much for your hospitality Michael :)

Nothing, everything was as described and much exceeded the expectations.

Delightful stay at Bub Lane Cottage. Michael and partner made us feel so welcome. Organised restaurants for us and so informative about best places to visit. Loved the little touches lots of tea, coffee,biscuits and yummy chocolate! Room immaculate and very comfy bed. Brilliant location to nearby Christchurch town and lovely Mudeford. Would love a return visit!! Thank you very much.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Nice clean room with good facilities. Great shower. Well presented optional breakfast with fruit, cereals, pastries/bread and yoghurt. House in residential area within walking distance to coast and town centre. Good pubs and range of eateries around. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good coastal walks nearby but need to use foot ferry for some parts.

Room in owners property so shared entrance and ground floor room. Some people would require a car to get anywhere as in residential road although we didn't look the local public transport links. Extra charge for breakfast so some choice would have been nice.

Location was perfect close to Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole. Where we were staying there is a walk way that takes you to the centre of Christchurch. Only takes 15 minutes! Our commodation was excellent! Our host couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Room was cleaned every day..... Bed made, bin emptied. Fresh milk and water supplied with biscuits and to top it all alittle chocolate was left on our bed. Very well looked after.... Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was of a good size. Quality room. Had a situation with our car and our host gave us a recommendation of a local garage that could sort it out.... They did straight away.... Couldn't ask for more.... Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family. Please book you won't be disappointed 😁

Be aware you have to park on the street opposite the accommodation. Always managed to get a space. .
