Nice staff and good breakfast

Unfortunately the bed linen was not really clean and everything was a bit damp.

extremely quiet location: the best night's sleep in 3 weeks in SL. Very pleasant staff

So comfortable and quiet, the room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The selection of breakfast was good (traditional or English) and very tasty! The family are lovely and gave us some ideas of places to go to and a restaurant to try, although they also offer dinner.

Clean, very helpful and kind manager and owner. Very close to waterfalls.

The hotel is nice but not exactly so beautiful as on the photos. It is run by a very warm hearted family that offers nice food. The hotel is warm. Nuwara Eliya is not warm tbh. The owner helped with all the arrangements to go to Horton Planes, Damro tea factory and around. Location is quite outside the center of the city, take it into account. Otherwise a nice and cozy place.

Beautiful carpeted building close to the town. Wonderful host who was also an excellent cook.

Nothing

The day we left.

Nothing. Dirty sheets. Dust everywhere (photos to prove). Water flooded from shower. Door in bathroom would not close properly. No idea where all the positive reviews come from. No towels when we arrived. Wifi code “written” on the wall…. WiFi didn’t work even with the exact code. I could go on forever but I like to look on the positive side of life. Maybe we had the last available room but if you don’t get the room in the photo, forget about it.
