This place had the absolute nicest and most helpful staff, they would rush to do anything to make sure you had everything you needed. They had a water dispenser which was great. The room really big and quiet.

A fantastic stay in Nuwara-Eliya, conveniently located near the city center and key attractions. The staff, particularly Lasith, Senura, and Luckishan, are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist guests. Highly recommended for a great experience.
