Great location and fantastic restaurant with excellent food Staff were fabulous and always attentive and friendly

Bathroom could get very wet and slippery but hey we’re in a cottage on the beach

Fantastic property in a beautiful location. Food was phenomenal with a great selection and service was outstanding. Whilst I enjoyed most of my meals in the restaurant, I did venture off and try a few other establishments along the strip and without a doubt, the food at the property was by far superior. Kishor and the team go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as they can. No request is too much for them and they take pride in delivering a superb service experience. They are attentive, efficient and all round pleasant and professional team.

Would have liked the option of an in-room bar fridge to keep refreshments cold.

We stayed at Fernandes Bar and Restaurant thanks to our friends' recommendation. - Kishor and the staff are very nice, smile and helpful people. - We have a big bedroom with the bathroom - Our bed was huge with mosquito net around it - View from our balcony was breath-taking - Very good fresh pressed juices - The location is on the beaufiful beach - There are a lot of nice restaurant on Palolem Beach (but you can get great meals in Fernandes also)

If you are a disabled person, it could be difficult for you to go upstairs - the stairs are steep and narrow.

I have an amazing stay. This was the best accommodation I ever have on Palolem (4-5 stays in other hotels before). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and all amenities are provided. The food of the restaurant was very delicious and always fresh. I am going to book with them again for my next stay on Palolem.

Some additional phonic isolation would be nice, but I assume that it is a wood hut and this does not lower the highest mark for this hotel.
