Great location, right on the beach

The only downside was the distance from the road to the beachside, especially if you have a heavy case

A lovely place with amazing see view. But the best part there is the staff. These guys are lovely! Highly recommend

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff, and just an altogether welcoming experience from beginning to end. Not very luxurious but perfectly comfortable, there's even a/c in the hut. We had a great time!

It's a minor thing but there are a lot of dogs on the beach which sometimes bark all through the night. Not really the property's fault and didn't bother us much but could bother light sleepers.

Location is simply perfect. Staff extremely nice and welcoming.

Some issues with electricity but nothing terrible.

Bathroom needs updating and resident frog needs evicting. Corrugated roof so creatures get in. Staff told me next visit it would be resolved

We loved it here, the staff were really helpful and chilled, the food was really nice, location was perfect along the beach, only a short walk to the Palolem beach entry gate. There were always sunbeds free, the bed was comfy and it was great to have the mosquito nets as well as a precaution, although we didn't have any trouble with them. The rooms are basic, but have AC which is a big bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here.
