Kasun Hotel

A wonderful place very close to the uppercut Diluyama falls, wonderful hosts and a good comfortable room, very good value for money ! One the better places I have stayed in Sri Lanka !

Definitely worth spending a night. Location is beautiful, the hotel is so green, hosts are amazing and they have a little cafe too. Loved our stay here

The entire stay was exceptional, the family were so incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. The room was super comfortable and the food was amazing. The map to the waterfalls was also handy.

Wish I stayed longer.

wonderful Family Hotel - the wife made the best food we tried so far in Sri Lanka and they'll always check if everything is okay. after we couldn't get a hold of a taxi, the man drove us even all the way to Ella in his tuktuk. it's very close to the diyaluma waterfalls and just few meters next to the hotel is a great sunset view.

there was electricity shortage and bad signal most of the time, but that's nothing that is in their power to control and I guess it's a part of being in the countryside:)

Beautiful homestay run by a really kind, friendly family. It’s super close to Diyaluma Falls which was really handy and they had a space for us to park our tuktuk! We were also greeted with a welcome drink 🩷 Breakfast was lovely and we also had dinner (rice and curry) which was delicious. The room was spacious and had a lovely little outdoor sitting area which was peaceful and cool. Highly recommend!

Hot water was hit and miss in the shower but when it worked it was amazing!

A good hotel for a reasonable price. The waterfall is very close, the landlords provide everything for convenience, and nothing else is needed.

Great location at start of trail to Diyaluma upper falls. Great Hosts both Kasun and his wife. Good home cooked food, both dinner and breakfast. Good size rooms. Great value for money!

No A/C, but was OK as good ceiling fans made it tolerable in April day time, and it cools off at night so a pleasant sleep. Cold shower was OK, due to warmth after the falls hike. Did have a separate shower with heater, but water pressure was not strong enough to push through the heater. Overall, would stay again even with this. V

The owner and her Family are very kind and friendly. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The homemade food hmm was very delicious for a top price.
