Location. The views are spectacular. Close proximity to waterfall mall.

The steep slope to get to the house and parking. Not ideal for manual car drivers. The staff could be more visible and available. We had the back room and it was quite secluded from everyone and everything. Might be ideal for some, but we like to meet new people.
