Nice and cosy with very friendly and responsive staff. Very close to the port and the Ffestiniog Harbour station.

It’s was all good. The only thing that was rather surprising was the cost of the evening meals - dearer than London prices. It didn’t affect the three night stay.

Restaurant was fabulous and room comfortable

We were at the back and a security light was on all night which kept me awake. Nowhere to sit and have a social drink other than going out to the pool b next door or restaurant

Great location for visiting Portmerion, the steam railway and Porthmadog itself.

Location and food both breakfast and evening meal

We found the room a bit cramped, with no chair for example to put clothes on. It would benefit from a smaller wardrobe and maybe a chair.

Stairs to room, very steep for a disabled person. Fabric conditioner used which brought on asthma so had to move for second night.

Great location, easy access into Porthmadog centre, good walks.

My single bed was very uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress
