This was a great place to stay. Great easy communication with Jill, easy access to the property. Very comfortable spacious room. Nice comfortable bed. The breakfast portions were very generous. There was a well-equipped kitchenette. Very quiet location. Everything I needed was there, with a friendly host. I would happily stay again.

It was at a great location with a full scenic view of the city. Jill is a wonderful host with great knowledge of not only the city but also Nee Zealand’s history.

Jill the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, the shower was good, and the double bed was comfortable

The extra single bad was too soft.
