There was nothing not to like at this special place. Wonderful welcome, thoughtful and entertaining owners, careful restoration of a handsome building, set in the most peaceful location. A home from home and splendid meals.

"Rural country dog friendly stay"

Rural country house with lots of character and history. Owner very friendly and helpful with local info. Decent menu for evenings and food and breakfast very good.

Nothing much, but the location is very rural up a lane. Our room was beautiful but if we stayed again we would pay the extra for an en suite room

Beautiful Georgian farmhouse set amid large country estate. The views are spectacular and the house is exquisitely decorated. Very enjoyable breakfast.
