Oh what a lovely place the moment we arrived we were already taken away by the beauty ❤️. We had a very warm welcomed by the owner and the staff. Very beautiful views n the venue it self is a top notch 👌. It also very affordable n aesthetical pleasing There are restaurants that are nearby where we went out for dinner

Dear Crest Wood Management, I am writing to express my absolute disappointment and disgust with the service we received from your manager (a white male) during our recent stay. We had requested an early check-in in advance, and our request was confirmed, as we needed to prepare for a wedding at 1:00 PM. However, upon arrival, when we called the office as instructed, the manager answered the phone in an incredibly rude and dismissive tone. He informed us that he “can’t help us” and that we were “too early,” despite the prior arrangement. After much back-and-forth, during which he made inappropriate and condescending remarks — including suggesting that we “should have booked two nights if we wanted to check in early” — he finally allowed us to enter. As we drove in, he added a completely uncalled-for comment, telling us “not to trash the room.” This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. His behaviour ruined our mood for the entire afternoon and tainted what should have been a joyful occasion. I request that this matter be escalated to the highest level of management. The experience left us deeply uncomfortable, and I can confidently say we had a horrible stay because of it. I will be sharing this experience with others, as no guest deserves to be treated in such a degrading manner.
