La posizione vista mare.

Arredamento datato. Essendo parte di una casa privata si sentono rumori e odori della cucina. Le porte non insonorizzano e si sentono tutti i rumori. La sgradevole sorpresa è stata: il proprietario alle ore 20.30, dieci ore dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento, ci ha addebitato 200€ per un presunto danno al vetro della doccia ma le foto che ci ha mostrato evidenziavano un vetro integro e una cerniera rugginosa. Vista l'età di arredi e infissi, risalenti agli anni settanta, e la possibilità del gestore di prelevare somme a sua discreziine, diventa molto rischioso soggiornare in quel l'appartamento.
