TOUT ! L'accueil du propriétaire était incroyable, très accueillant, avec un français parfait et des conseils avisés pour les visites. La chambre était parfaitement propre, moderne rénovée, la salle de bain également. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux. Et le meilleur pour la fin : la plus belle vue de Montepulciano et du val d'Orcia. Une merveille pour les yeux et pour les oreilles, n'entendre et ne voir que la nature... le + beau luxe de cette location (avec la gentillesse du personnel vraiment au petit soin !). Nous n'oublierons jamais ce petit coin de paradis et ferons une halte (même un détour!) si nous devons dormir de nouveau à proximité . MERCI !

Vriendelijke ontvangst, zeer nette kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt met zelfbereide producten (cake, eierkoekjes). Auto veilig op parking domein. Buitenmeubels op klein terras met een adembenemend uitzicht. Ontbijt buiten mogelijk bij goed weer.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato molto positivo. L'accoglienza è stata cortese e i proprietari si sono mostrati disponibili e gentili. La camera, oltre a essere pulita e confortevole, vantava un piacevole affaccio panoramico sulla Val di Chiana. Nota di merito per la colazione, che offre una buona varietà di opzioni sia dolci che salate, servita in un giardino esterno molto tranquillo e curato. Alessio e Teresa

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è immersa nella tranquillità della campagna Toscana, perfetta per staccare dalla routine e rilassarsi completamente. Ciò che ci ha colpito è stata la cura dei dettagli: gli ambienti sono puliti, accogliente e arredati con gusto, mantenendo il fascino tipico del luogo. La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza, con prodotti genuini e di qualità. Un ringraziamento ai proprietari, sempre disponibili e cordiali, capaci di farci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Posizione ottima anche per visitare i dintorni e godere della bellezza della Toscana. Sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo volentieri e che consigliamo a chi cerca relax, autenticità e ospitalità.

Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun aspetto negativo: tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative.

Everything was great, close to the center if you have a car, and it's also great for walking because it's very peaceful and the nature is beautiful, I liked the fact that it's peaceful and quiet, when you go out on the terrace you see the beauty of Montepulciano.Perfect place for vacation and travel.On top of all that the hosts are very kind❤️

If you are looking for the perfect Tuscan getaway, look no further. Our stay here was absolutely flawless, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Francesco and Oksana, wonderful people who make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything was spotlessly clean. We loved that the three rooms have direct outdoor access, allowing us to step right out into the fresh air and enjoy the stunning scenery. There is a lovely communal kitchen where a very delicious breakfast is served. It’s a great space—we actually enjoyed spending our evenings there as well. The landscape is simply superb; it’s exactly the rolling hills and beauty you expect from Tuscany. The property is situated right in the middle of Tuscany. This allowed us to visit a new destination every single day. Car is Essential:You definitely need a car to stay here. To give you an idea of how much there is to see, we drove 1,300 km in just 7 days! This is a 10/10 guesthouse. Between the hospitality, the location, and the views, it’s the perfect spot for an authentic Italian road trip. Thank you, Francesco and Oksana!

I proprietari davvero gentili,i cuscini erano veri e non piatti come al solito cioè inesistenti.La doccia era davvero comoda.C'era un phon vero e non uno di quelli attaccati al muro. La colazione ottima,c'era un po di tutto.La veduta sulla valle vista dal balconcino spettacolare. Di notte con cielo limpido abbiamo visto una stellata che non vedevo da anni...meravigliosa.

Purtoppo il materasso seppur comodo,tendeva un po a rimanere schiacciato verso l'esterno. Nella doccia non c'era un appoggio per i propri prodotti da bagno,perchè c'era il dispenser sapone dell'hotel.Il posto auto c'è,ma essendo in collina è un po in discesa e se piove è un po un problema parcheggiare perchè le ruote slittano.Nei giorni che abbiamo soggiornato noi non c'erano altri clienti e il proprietario è stato tanto gentile da farci parcheggiare all'inizio della strada quasi davanti al suo box.

We stayed for 3 nights in May of 2025. We were welcomed by the owner Francesco who showed us to our suite and around the gardens and breakfast room. He was also helpful in suggesting things to see and do in Montepulciano, restaurant recommendations and even provided us with some local wine to enjoy. The room we had was well appointed, clean and peaceful. The terrace view of the valley, vineyards and gardens is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or a morning coffee. An easy 5 minutes drive into Montepulciano. We would recommend staying here without hesitation. A car would be essential for anyone considering this property.
