Well kept. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to city center, restaurants and attractions. Loved the fact that it had a secure garage right next door to park the rental car. This is a must in the city.

Great place right in the city center! Beautiful building with spacy rooms. Staff was also taking the best care of us. Can only recommend!

"A great base to explore Ponta Delgada"

We really enjoyed staying here - The drive in to town was easy but i would 100% pay for the parking at the house because street parking in this part of Ponta Delgada can be tricky. Sergio met us and went through everything and they were also super helpful and communicative about things like the weather and rental car organisation and i cannot recommend them enough for this. I felt very supported in the planning process. Brekkie was really nice and freshly prepared each morning. We really enjoyed the traditional Furnas bread and the pineapple was amazing! They even packed a take away brekkie for us when we had an early flight the next day. Bathroom was huge and so nice.

Not something we didnt like but if you have mobility issues getting luggage up the stairs can be a challenge - But Sergio helped us so we were fine!
