Everything is a false advertisement. Worst accommodation ever! I can’t understand why they got a Superb reviews in Booking.com

Very small bedroom that squeezed 3 guests in a very tiny room . When I requested an option 2 which is a Single bed and a double bed , they gave us a mattress on the floor squeezed beside the double bed . Mattress are so thin , dog bed is better than their mattress. Airconditioning unit Not working it’s blowing fan , and switched off itself at 2am , it’s outdated and need to be scrapped! Common area has no airconditioning unit! No foods available unlike the one they advertised that foods available upon request. Toilet and shower are dirty and water supply so slow running . Towels are worn out and so dirty looking ! Staff even agreed that their air con is not working and their bedrooms are not suitable for 3 guests !

This was my first solo trip and i was very nervous but Ik glad i picked this property at no point did i feel alone i automatically had a family when i walked in the door.
