The room was nice and comfy and everything was very clean. We stayed here the night before a half marathon and we had a very lovely sleep and breakfast was waiting for us when we came back from our run.

Our host was great and took care of all of our needs. Room was extremely clean and the continental breakfast was perfect. We had access to clean towels daily which I love about staying at hotels. Shower and restroom area were spotless daily.
I did not "catch" in the description the "shared restroom" aspect. I was traveling with a total of 4 adults in my party. We were very fortunate that we only had to share a restroom with another room for one morning. This would have been challenging if we would have had to do this for a longer period of time. The setup was a room with shower/sink with a separate room for the toilet with hand sanitizer available. I would caution anyone with a larger group to be prepared for a shared restroom experience just so it is not a surprise!

This is our second stay, which is praise in itself! The room was comfortable with some upgrades since our last stay. Nice breakfast, safe location, walking distance to great food options. The proprietor is friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. SF parking is a known issue, not this person's fault. 😊 We will definitely be back.

Clean toilet and shower. Good area (safe) but very far from the hustle and bustle of SF.
It's just a converted house, basically an AirBnb. Breakfast was very plain and you'll have to eat it in the room as there's no separate dining area. The price for what you get is absolutely extortionate.

The bedroom was very spacious for one person! I also loved the location and felt very safe there. It was close to SFSU where my son was doing an overnight program.
It was a bit strange to have the toilet room and sink/shower room separated, and I am not used to having to share a bathroom with other guests. If it had been our whole family of four plus another the other room of guests, it may have been tricky.
