The premises are well kept and in the middle of nature.

Nothing except for the loud music on one of the days due to a private function

Breakfast was very good in a typical Italian pasticeria, very tasty.

The apartment is too small for 4 adults. It looked bigger on the pictures. There was just one blanket for two persons.

Quiet and good location if you are with own car

The yard was not clean enough

Fantastic place to stay in Bari, extremely clean and modern just 10 minute walk to the local harbour and restaurants. Fabio was an excellent host and couldn't be more helpful 10/10.

The room is spacious enough and tidy. The bathroom is clean and spacious too. Airport is very close by and if you are looking for a place where to stay for this purpose, this place is quite ok. Street parking in the (quite) narrow street in front of the house. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear every little noise throughout the building. A dog spent the whole night walking/running and scratching the floor in the apartment above our bedroom and we could hear it very well all night long, which made resting very difficult. Also, at the time of writing this review, there was a construction site right in front of the building and the workers started jackhammering from 6:20 in the morning. We found the A/C very noisy (even though it was on low speed and in night/eco mode) but it could be due to the fact that we hardly slept a wink because of all the other noises. If you do come, earplugs are your best option.

Breakfast is included but practically non-existent. Forget the delicious cakes and fruit shown in the photos, all you get is a coffee and a packaged industrial croissant. Bring earplugs if you want to get some sleep!

The room was confortable, with good AC. The outdoor area was very kid friendly.

The location close to the seaside and to the airport was great. The property looked new, our room and bathroom were spacious and very nicely decorated. The garden area was also nice. Parking on the street is rather tight as you have to stick to a wall but it worked out eventually. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3-4pm for some exceptional reasons, but we left our luggage while the cleaners started working as we did not want to lose more time on our last day holiday. The room was super nice and clean when we came back.

It would have been nice to know we had to call e.g. 15mn before arriving as we rang the doorbell several times and no one came. Only after we called we found out the owner was not on the property and arrived 15mn later. We stayed only for a night to catch a plane and counted on breakfast since it was included. It was self-service but there was hardly anything to eat, no milk, just one yogurt left in the fridge (we were three) and some juice and industrial cake in plastic bags.
