Villa Saracino

Great apartment very clean and nice. Comfy beds. Breakfast laid out for us in the morning. About 10 minutes drive from the airport and good value for money. Accomated our late arrival.

The room itself was nice but that’s about all I have to say.

Checking into this property on our first night in Italy really set the bar low. We were met in the most unprofessional manner by the brother of the guy who owns the property? He asked for cash on the spot to cover the stay at 1:30 am (our plane was delayed so we arrived late) and when we woke up in the morning, no one was to be seen. We did not sleep at all the entire night as the aircon was clearly broken - it was making a very large sound, dripping water and wouldn’t drop to a cooler temperature. The shower was filthy and looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned properly. The reason we booked this place was because it was close to the airport and we didn’t want to drive around late but that decision ended up biting us in the bottom.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Simple Italian breakfast with fresh croissants, Well kept yard.

Everything was fine.

The locations was very beautiful. Is close to the airport, around 4 kilometers. The accommodation was very clean and modern, comfortable beds, the owners were very friendly and they even helped us with recommendations about restaurants and what to visit. The location is also close to Bari center. We rent a car and we could park it in front of the villa without problems. The breakfast is served in their beautiful garden. At breakfast they brought us fresh croissants everyday, coffee, tea, orange juice and other things. They also ask you if you want to eat something in particular the next morning so they can prepare it for you.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location to get to airport

The owner was not reachable by the phone. We had to wait over an hour. Hairs in the shower. Very basic breakfast.

Modern, secure, very clean accommodation close to the beaches of Bari San Spirito. Great facilities and excellent host. Fabio is very friendly and helpful, his English is excellent. Close to San Spirito train station as well. Highly recommend.

There were no detractors.

The breakfast was simple, but very good. We had the choice of Croissants or eggs and foccacia. We chose the croissants and coffee, which was good. Fabio was very nice.

I liked the convenient location, Off street parking and delicious breakfast in lovely garden. Comfortable bed and nice shower!

Close to the airport which was convenient as we had a morning flight. The host, Fabio, let us park inside the compound otherwise parking is in the narrow side street/driveway of the apartment complex. The apartment has air conditioning. The Puglia City Factory Outlet is only a 10 minute drive from this property.

Parking space is tight. We had to wake up the guest in the apartment next to ours to move his car in the early morning as we had a plane to catch. Not too uncomfortable when the weather is nice, but the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc are outside on the patio.
