Hazler Lodge guest house

It was a beautiful location, very comfortable beds, lovely little kitchen and great shower room. The whole place was well equipped with everything you could need, felt like you were staying in a lovely little cottage

We did get a bit lost looking for it, as we were looking for the name Greenacre we had been given higher up as most properties had the nme on the gate, we didn't realise the name was down on the ground so missed it. But then went back and found it ok. A little sign saying how to pull the key out of the front door would have saved a few mins fiddling too!

The locaction was perfect for walking out straight from the guest house.

I would only mark down on the kitchen facilities, which we were made aware of before the booking. The sink was v small and judt a microwave. Ideal if you're not self catering though.

Great B&B had everything we needed. About a 20min walk into Church Stretton. Bridget was very friendly and helpful.

Superb location within an area of outstanding natural beauty with views of the hills and lovely walks direct from the house. Our host was very friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed and more. There was plenty of space in the rooms and the most comfortable bed, perfect for a short holiday break. Although the nearest town was a bit too far for us to walk, there were plenty of shops, good pubs and a brilliant antique centre within a mile of the property.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Comfortable bed lots of thoughtful additions like umbrellas and electric blankets and torches. Bread and butter and marmalade cereal and milk all supplied.

Rather over crowed with ornaments etc but that’s just me

A very comfortable and clean property. Thank you for the breakfast hamper, such a lovely addition.

After we saw the owner at the street by accident, we asked voor bathrobes and the heater in the bathroom. She promissed to fix it and she did the same day. The warm bed when we went to bed was nice too

It was very cold in the bathroom and it was not possible to turn on the heater. The sink in the livingroom was a bit too smalll to do the dishes There was only breakfast for one day, we did not realize that It was a long walk uphill from the bus to the lodge The owner did not turn up, and we could not find her the first day.

Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit limited.
